Black History Month is not only a time to celebrate the contributions African Americans who’ve made a difference in this country, but also a time to reflect on the continued struggle for racial justice. I’m proud to announce that my production company, Amplified Frequency Productions, is hosting a Black History Community Day event filled with fashion, free food, music, fun, and of course, Black History! Join us on Saturday, February 27th from 10 AM – 5 PM at Refuge Temple Assembly of Yahweh and experience fashion shows, a comedy show, Black History presentations, and much more. The event is free to the public, but donations are appreciated, and can be sent to $rdg271.
