A Little Piece of Heaven (part of the Acts of Faith Festival) runs February 23 –March 11, 2018 (Friday and Saturdays at 8:00 pm and Sundays at 2:30 pm) at Huguenot United Methodist Church, 10661 Duryea Drive in Richmond. An unlikely relationship is forged in the quirky tourist shop called “A Little Piece of Heaven.” Restless biker Mike, who works in the shop, finds a friend in the sassy elderly Lily, although their relationship certainly doesn’t start out that way. But there’s something odd about this little shop owned by the equally odd Elizabeth and Henry. Suspicion and disagreement turn to respect and trust in this place where long lost things are finally found.

Belles: The Reunion by Mark Dunn runs June 28 – July 8, 2018 (ThursdayFriday and Saturdays at 8:00 pm and Sundays at 2:30 pm) at CAT Theatre, 319 N Wilkinson Road in Richmond. The six Walker sisters, living in various parts of the country, are on the phone for another crisis-filled weekend. The most immediate concern: Mama has taken off all her clothes in the community room of her nursing home and the sisters must put their heads together and decide what to do with her.
