| Applications are now open to join the 2025/26 Lights Up! for Educators cohort! This program offers FREE professional development to performing arts teachers in the greater Richmond area. During each session, participants have an opportunity to engage in lessons and hands-on activities that directly relate to the many performance-based experiences they encounter in the classroom. |

| Ten secondary performing arts educators will be selected to participate in four training sessions throughout the school year. Each Lights Up! session provides in-depth instruction from an industry professional with topics that directly impact the work performing arts educators encounter on a regular basis. Past session topics include: sound design, light design, stage combat, set building, costume design and more! Participating educators will have full access to the equipment and materials to better connect their training to real-world practice. |
