OUR DEAR DEAD DRUG LORD AUDITION NOTICE!
5th Wall Theatre is seeking bold, fearless, and wildly imaginative actors who can summon both heart and havoc in equal measure. Just remember, this is no ordinary club meeting.
Step into the clubhouse on August 18th from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM. Only the daring are welcome, rules are optional, and nothing is guaranteed once the séance begins.
OUR DEAR DEAD DRUG LORD is written by Alexis Scheer and is directed by Kaitlin Paige Longoria. Sign-ups close at 5:00 PM on Sunday, August 17th.
ABOUT THE PLAY:
High above Miami in a cluttered treehouse, four teenage girls are plotting something wild: a séance to summon Pablo Escobar. What starts as a game of guts and giggles spirals into a sharp, unpredictable clash of friendship, power, and dark imagination. Part occult ritual, part rollercoaster through the thrills and terrors of growing up.
OUR DEAR DEAD DRUG LORD is a wickedly funny, unsettling ride you won’t see coming.

Pipe’s next door neighbor.
Impulsive, hilarious, excitable. Wears glasses.
Will go through many phases of “finding herself”.
SQUEEZE
16. Puerto Rican and Haitian-American.
Pipe’s best friend.
Practical, grounded, creative. Allergic to cats.
Will run for congress the second she is old enough.
KIT
17. Colombian-American.
New girl in town.
Sensual, mysterious, restrained.
The kind of impossibly-cool that is both intimidating and seductive. Not so much thinking about the future, only how to get by in the moment.
PABLO F*CKING ESCOBAR
30s- 40s. Cut-throat and magnetic.
Part father figure, part sex symbol.
Yes, that dead drug lord.
Note: Spanish speaking is heavily recommended but not required. Supporting role, Appears in one scene.
PIPE’S YOUNGER SISTER
To play younger, any ethnicity.
Curious, eager, and endlessly involved—brimming with possibility.
The embodiment of girlhood.
Note: Will wear a bathing suit in performance.
