NOW HIRING: EDUCATION MANAGER!

This hands-on position combines teaching artistry, arts administration, and program leadership and will oversee three of our cornerstone education programs:
Student Matinees — Coordinate school groups for Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein, create educational materials, welcome students to the theatre, and lead post-show talkbacks.
Bardathon — Register participating schools, lead in-school Shakespeare workshops, prepare an adapted performance script, and guide students toward their culminating rehearsal and performance at the Dominion Energy Center this spring.
Festival Young Company — Help lead our summer Shakespeare training program for young artists in June, coordinating students, teaching artists, curriculum, rehearsals, and performances.
We’re looking for someone who is organized, collaborative, passionate about theatre education, and excited about making Shakespeare and classical theatre accessible to the next generation.
